RED CARPET PREMIERE: ‘Peanuts’ Comes Alive on the Big Screen

“The Peanuts Movie” recently had its red carpet premiere in San Francisco.

Charles M. Schulz’s comic strip is on the big screen for the first time in 35 years. The cast and crew of “The Peanuts Movie” recently descended on San Francisco for the film’s red carpet premiere.

“The Peanuts Movie” marks a series of milestones. Apart from being the first ‘Peanuts’ movie since 1980, it also commemorates the 65th anniversary of Charles M. Schulz’s comic strip, and the 50th anniversary of the TV special, “A Charlie Brown Christmas.”

Watch the above video as we talk about the movie with Noah Schnapp (Charlie Brown’s voice), Hadley Belle Miller (Lucy’s voice), Mar Mar Walker (Franklin’s voice), Francesca Capaldi (The Little Red-Haired Girl’s voice), film’s screenwriter/producer Craig Schultz, and director Steve Martino.

“The Peanuts Movie” opens nationwide on Nov. 6, 2015.
